1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
In case of high order volume, processing may take additional time. Customers will be informed if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.

(49 Rs for all over Maharashtra and free above 2000 Rs).

(150 Rs for all over India and free above 5000 Rs).

International shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Order weight and size
Free shipping may be available on selected products or orders above ₹ [2000/5000].

4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on location:
Metro cities: 3–6 business days
Other cities & towns: 5–9 business days
Remote areas: 7–12 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order using the provided courier partner link.

6. Shipping Partners
We use trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, India Post, or other reliable logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate.
Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped at an additional shipping cost.
